When I began working with Amy, I thought I just needed some guidance on diet and exercise to reach my goals as I approach my 40s. Amy's approach to wellness was unlike anything I had encountered before. She took a comprehensive look at my health history, past and current habits, and crafted a plan that would lead me to feel the best I have in two decades. Amy has changed my family’s life in significant ways. Through her coaching, we learned - as a family - how to eat in a way that lessened our pain, increased our energy, improved our attitudes, and served our bodies. The best thing about this program is Amy herself. She is so passionate about what she’s doing and provides so many ways to improve your life. Amy is genuinely invested in helping her clients.
